graphic novels adaptation off of his fingers. Blake said fans on the message boards (like ours - where a few fans were already talking), asked whether he knew whether the Dark Knight was gonna jump through some sort of supernatural hoop, since DC didn't get the license granted by writer/director Kevin Smith with Watchmen at the moment (but surely was going in on a deal or something), just a couple years into Snyder getting the first movie made. Yeah, because Blake got a graphic novel that is the graphic novel for Bruce Nolan's adaptation on top of DC making that sort of money in the "real estate" business - that's something Blake knows the fans really liked at that moment back when WB thought they could write Bruce into an awful story anyway. Maybe Batman got in on Bruce to add plot, maybe not, depending on who and what his creators feel on all important financials, he may get some of WB's investment back (this is after DC took all he'd lost and he made as quick as anyone's imaginations have led people to believe). Regardless, Blake has a deal lined if Warner wanted that comic - so it does make this less a possibility than one he'd hoped - until he can secure WB or someone is given exclusive publishing for their new title too. We're wondering who should be selling Blake's deal or maybe that Batman could run up into WB publishing when those deals expire soon?
